If you are in Ottawa, and if you are into fine dining experiences and want to learn a lesson or two about food, you should try Beckta. It is located in the downtown area, away from the market and closer to the business sector in Nepean Street, just off of Bank Street. It's in the $$$$ dollar range, but quite fantastic. The best part is that you get to taste rare foods or foods that are in season for a short duration making them a delicacy.
